U.S. Embassy Visits Temelin to Better Understand Czech Energy Security Profile

The Embassy’s Economic Unit was hosted during a recent visit to the Temelin Nuclear Power Plant in southern Bohemia by head of the Communications Department Milan Musak. 

The visit was an integral part of the Embassy’s effort to better understand the Czech energy security profile, including the benefits and obstacles of expanding nuclear energy in the Czech Republic to meet increasing domestic energy demand and lowering CO2 emissions.
