U.S. Ambassador to Visit Ústí nad Labem, Terezín and Dě?ín

Prague, August 26, 2002 

U.S. Ambassador to the Czech Republic, Craig Roberts Stapleton, will visit Terezín, Ústí nad Labem, and Decín in August 27 to discuss U.S. assistance for flood relief to the region. 

The Ambassador will meet the Director of the Terezin Memorial Jan Munk; the Governor and Lord Mayor of Ústí nad Labem Jiri Šulc and Miroslav Pátek; and the Mayor of Decín Vladimir Medek. 

A press conference is planned in Ústí nad Labem at the Governor´s Office at 11:30.
