Junior Achievement Award Ceremony 2012
On the event of JA Czech Republic’s 20th anniversary, Ambassador Norman Eisen expressed congratulations to the winners of Junior Achiever’s high school competition: “Your work teaches and inspires us all the value of how free enterprise, innovation and business can truly improve the quality of our lives”. This year’s ceremony took place at the PricewaterhouseCoopers Business Center.
Junior Achievement (JA) Czech Republic was founded in 1992 by Thomas J. Bata. Students, competing as school groups, submitted their projects to JA committees and competed in regional and national competitions. Junior Achievement award prizes were given to the best students in the following categories: Best Banks in Action Team supported by Citibank, Best Management and Economic Simulation Exercise Team supported by Hewlett Packard, Best Student Company supported by Raiffeisen Bank, and a special prize: Most Innovative JA Student Company Business Plan supported by Vodafone Foundation CR.
