Janitorial Services for the Office Building Premises Located in Prague

The US Embassy in Prague requires a contractor to provide janitorial services for the office building premises located in Prague. The Contractor shall perform these services five (5) days a week for approximately 7,776 square meters, including grounds and windows.

Designated spaces include halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevator, stairways. Services will require the contractor to furnish all labor, supplies (except those that are Government-owned), materials, insurance, overhead and profit.

The contract will be a firm fixed price type of contract with an anticipated performance period one (1) base year and four (4) option years.

The site visit will be held on August 6, 2012 at 9 a.m. at the US Embassy Prague, Tržiště 15, 118 01 Praha 1 – Malá Strana, and Chief of Mission Residence, Ronalda Reagana 3, 160 00 Praha 6 - Bubeneč.
