FAQ

I have a valid visa in my old passport. Can I just transfer it to my new passport?

Under U.S. law it is possible to use a valid visa in an expired passport along with a new valid passport.  However, threis is not legal under Czech law.  It is not possible to transfer a visa from one passport to another without making a new visa application.  Therefore, when traveling from the Czech Republic you will need to apply for a new visa for your new passport.
