Extremist Ideology Discussed in Prague

Extremist ideology was the topic of 5-day seminar organized by the Center for Civil-Military Relations and the U.S. Embassy’s Office of Defense Cooperation in Prague on June 13-17, 2011. Forty participants, who previously graduated from the Counter-Terrorism ‘Fellowship’ Program (CTFP) course, generated in Prague regional plans for countering terrorist ideology and briefed them to the main group.

The attendees included civilian and military officials from Europe, Africa, and The Middle East (Albania, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Macedonia, Palestine, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Turkey).
