Czech grantees of U.S. Embassy’s International Visitor Leadership Program met with the Deputy Chief of Mission Joseph Pennington and Cultural Attaché Sherry Keneson-Hall at the American Center in Prague on August 13, 2012.

The grantees will be traveling in September to the United States on programs with themes such as transparency and ethical conduct in government; energy security and development of alternative resources; citizens participation in advocating for civil and human rights; cultural exchange and tourism through national cuisine and culinary events; and the role of youth in formulating political, economic, and social issues.
