On September 14 at the U.S. Ambassador's residence Ambassador Eisen hosted the annual meeting of the Czech International Visitor Leadership Program Alumni. In his speech the Ambassador discussed Czech leaders from across the political, media, non-profit and academic ranks that have enhanced their careers with their program experiences in the U.S.

Also discussed were the continued partnerships between U.S. and European counterparts which started during their trips to the U.S.  Jiri Holy, the founding member and newly elected president of the alumni association of The Czech IVLP Alumni Club, spoke about upcoming activities and encouraged all to take advantage of the networking tools that the association offers.

Alumni renewed acquaintances with Embassy friends and with other members of the growing Alumni network in the Czech Republic.  The evening also gave a chance to new grantees to discuss their upcoming programs with Alumni.

You can watch short interviews with alumni about their experiences on the Embassy's You Tube channel.
