Legal Advice

Consular Officers are generally not lawyers and are not permitted to provide legal advice. However, we do provide information on various legal procedures and issues, including how to obtain residence permits in the Czech Republic. We also provide a list of English-speaking attorneys willing to represent American clients and U.S. law firms in the Czech Republic specialized in commercial law.
