Chancery Façade Repairs

The US Embassy in Prague is looking for a construction company to repair façade plaster, remove existing paint and make new coatings. Repair requires construction, masonry and painting works, all cca 179 m2. Location: Tržiště 15, Praha 1 — Malá Strana.
 
Work Requirements

Upper and lower courtyards, south wall

1. Remove old paint and loose plaster
2. Repair damaged plaster areas including top edge covered with roof tiles
3. Make new colored painting of plaster
   
   Others:
4. Protection of surfaces near or adjacent to the work
5. Waste disposal of all debris and trash related to this work
6. Final cleaning and completion of work
7. Work handover

 Solicitation Conditions:

Contractors shall have extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in façade repair and painting, warranty minimum  2 years, 3 references on similar projects, insurance for damages at minimum 5 mil CZK.

Site visit will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 9 a.m. at the US Embassy Prague, Tržiště 15, Praha 1 – Malá Strana.
