Non-Immigrant Visas

Beginning June 1, 2007, all nonimmigrant visa applicants must prepare the Electronic Visa Application Form DS-156 to schedule an appointment.  Please follow the instructions on the How to Schedule page to prepare your EVAF and schedule your appointment.

Note: the expiration date in the top right corner is not relevant. All the forms linked here can be used for application.
