IT seminar took place at the Ambassador's Residence 
Ambassador Hosts Information Technology Seminar Focused on E-Commerce

On September 10, 2008, the Commercial Section of the U.S. Embassy in Prague joined forces with global partner FedEx to present an IT Seminar at the Ambassador's Residence. The event focused the latest trends and data storage safety measures in e-Commerce. 

U.S. Commercial Counselor Greg O'Connor and Commercial Specialist Luda Taylor welcomed the guests.  The program included: “The New E-Commerce 'Czech Point'”, by CzechDeputy Interior Minister Zdenek Zajicek; “The Safety Of Stored Data in the Czech Republic,” by T-Soft Managing Director Jaroslav Pejcoch; and, “Bringing High-Definition to Your Data Network,” by Nortel’s Peter Pauhof.  FedEx’s Alena Pacakova gave a short overview of the company.
