The current global financial crisis has spurred action by the US and European governments to restore economic growth. David Lippeatt, Chief of the Economic Policy Unit for the US Mission to the European Union, met with Czech officials in Prague on March 11 and 12 to prepare for the upcoming G-20 summit in London and to discuss areas of Transatlantic economic cooperation.
His video interview discusses the Transatlantic Economic Council and the US stimulus package approved by President Obama.
